Grown in completely non polluted and chemical free environment, Harshil Rajma derives its name from Harshil, a small village located on the banks of the Bhagirathi River near Gangotri Valley of Uttarakhand. It has got a very pleasant flavour and a unique taste of its own. Often remarked as a buttery-soft rajma, it takes much lesser time to cook as compared to other varieties. Harshil Rajma is a great source of proteins and cholesterol-lowering fibers.
